Wazi Dubu House, Kizingoni Beach, Lamu Island is a truly wonderful place to relax and unwind. Wazi Dubu is situated on the southern most part of Kizingoni Beach in Lamu, Kenya.
The house is well designed, spacious and its has a palm fringed position which has made it a favorite with family visitors and party groups.
The soft yellow walls, its colourful shrubs and tall coconut palms which are located around the central pool courtyard allow complete privacy and security.
The communal areas are elevated which provide spectacular views of the ocean. Communal areas include sundowner baraza, the breakfast roof and main dining terrace
Entertaining areas are well decorated with traditional carved plasterwork and sturdy hardwood furniture, making it cool and a nice place to relax
The palatial master suite is dominated by a huge carved mirror reflecting the facing ocean. It has has a breath taking view over the pool, the beach and the sea. On the first floor is dining terraces with a table that can seat sixteen people comfortably
The ensuite guest bedrooms have private terraces, large netted beds and working desks.
At the back of the garden there is a child’s climbing frame that has been converted into a fabulous massage area, at the same time perfect for yoga. There is a separate kitchen, with a laundry and staff quarters that stands behind the house.
